1.Warranty Coverage

1.1 Lifetime Warranty for Implants:

Zenith Implants guarantees replacement only for its Premium Implants: Zenith Apex, Zenith One Step & Zenith Zygomatic Implant that fails due to:

• Material Defects: Implants with manufacturing or material flaws will be replaced free of charge.

• Osseointegration Failure: If an implant fails to integrate with the bone under clinically recommended conditions, we will provide a replacement.

1.2 Timeframe

• Lifetime Warranty for material defects.

• Implants: Coverage for osseointegration failure extends for 5 years from the date of placement.

• Abutment: Zenith Implants guarantees the replacement of abutments in cases of structural failure or defects for up to 5 years from placement.

• Restorative Components: We offer 5 years warranty on all non-temporary restorative components, ensuring free replacement in cases of component failure. This includes crowns, bridges, screws, and related parts manufactured by Zenith.

2. Terms and Conditions

To ensure smooth warranty coverage, the following conditions apply:

1. Usage Compliance:

  • Implants must be placed following Zenith Implants’ surgical protocols.
  • Only original Zenith components should be used during the procedure.

2. Exclusions: The warranty does not cover:

  • Failures caused by trauma, accidents, or systemic conditions (e.g., smoking, diabetes etc).
  • Patient non-compliance, including poor oral hygiene or missed follow-up appointments.
  • Costs associated with surgical procedures, laboratory work, or prosthetics from 3rd party.

3. Force Majeure: Zenith Implants is not liable for delays or disruptions in performance caused by events beyond our control. These may include, but are not limited to, postal service delays, wars, epidemics, newly imposed government regulations, natural disasters such as fires or earthquakes, power outages, communication failures, or other unforeseen circumstances.

5. Email: You will receive an automated email confirmation. We recommend you to send implant / product lot number, Pre-operative & Post-operative IOPA / OPG Images. Keep this email safe for future communication.

3. How to Claim a Warranty:

Filing a claim is simple and hassle-free:

1. Contact Us: Reach out to our customer support team via email and phone. Use the previous email with implant / product lot number to reply.

2. Submit Details: Your previous email includes warranty details which you had submitted previously. Documentation Requirement: Proof of purchase, clinical records such as prescription, IOPA / OPG imaging (Pre-operative, Post-operative & the most recent ones), and implant lot number.

3. Approval and Replacement: Upon approval, a replacement implant will be shipped promptly to your practice.prior agreements.

4. Study Publication Incentive

This warranty program constitutes the entire understanding between Zenith Implants and the practitioner regarding warranty coverage, superseding all prior agreements.
